Nicole Stowe was born and raised in Shasta County, in a town called Cottonwood, 20 miles south of Redding. Nicole found her passion in the arts during a tough time in her life. By the time she was 16, she had already sold numerous paintings and was featured in multiple art shows across the northstate. Nicole, who is now 19 years old, continues to further her career in the arts by attending classes at the local college and attending, as well as showcasing, in several art shows, gallery's, and businesses, across California. She was even featured on the front page of the Record Searchlight for her presentation on the Nazi Plunder during her sophmore year in high school. Her rework of the famous painting "En Canot" by Jean Metzinger, was showcased during the presentation, which in turn caught the attention of her peers, teachers, and the reporter. It was then,  that she felt that art was one of the only things she plans to pursue in her life.

Nicole's style ranges from Photorealism, to Abstractation; with the use of acrylic, watercolor, ceramic, and glass mediums. She also discovered that her color choices and subjects are often inspired by her love for Astronomy and the human anatomy. Her unique style opens doors in the individuals mind that entice complex emotions and thoughts.

In the future she plans on settling down and teaching art to people as a way to cope with their emotions and enhance a individuals creativity. But for now, she plans on enhancing her own creativity and techniques within her unique style of art.
