Exhibitor agrees to the following rules:
Exhibitors can begin setting up at 6:30am.
Spots are 1st come!
All items offered for sale must be the creation of the exhibitor (unless DIRECT Sales).
No packing before the conclusion of the show.
Exhibitor booths are self-contained displays.
Exhibitor booths shall be kept clean and presentable at all times.
All items offered for sale or displayed must be family friendly*.
No vehicles on grass.
Generators are prohibited.
Space fees are not transferable to future shows and are non-refundable.
There is a $25 fee for returned checks.
Pets are not allowed. Service animals are welcome.
*Direct Sales will be limited to 5 and no duplication of Companies.
*Food Vendors will be limited to 3 and no duplication of menus or food items.
*A family-friendly product is one that is considered to be suitable for all members of the average family. In particular it means that it is not considered inappropriate for children, which may imply restrictions on engagement in, or depiction of, nudity, sex, high violence, horror, profanity, ethnic slurs, innuendo, drug use, racism, and the such.
